空山不見人，

但聞人語響。

返景入深林，

複照青苔上。

 

A Dear Bastille

On the empty mountain I don't see a person,
Only hear the sound of someone's talking.
The sun projects a scene into the deep forest,
And also upon a green moss it is shining.
