The debilitated coworker pays such little attention to her personal hygiene that the awful stench spreads in her originally well-organized room.  Her body is such that it is quite incapable of walking outside the door by herself even 10 inches, and the best thing she can do is dreaming. 

Thanks god, your friendly visit finally makes her dream come true. The red lobster seafood gumbo is there waiting for her, definately a hearty appetizer.  You are the angel god sends from heaven for her, but male angel. hahahaha..
