關於支票

各位，我有個關於支票的問題想請交一下：我收到一張支票，去本人的銀行入賬，當時銀行給我入了，也沒提出任何問題。但是過了一周後，銀行打電話給我，說那張支票是空頭支票，並要我退回已入賬的錢。我想問一下，在那種情況下，銀行就沒有任何責任嗎？難道銀行不應該在收下支票的時候提示我可能存在的風險？不知哪位可以幫我，謝謝！
