I just lost my money by been deducted amounts by bank and got ---- NO CHARGE.
Here, I have to say, regarding this kind of issues, it is different from bank to bank.
So, what I was trying to say yesterday is ----
If you are NOT 100% sure what you are saying to others is definitely 100% correct, please just tell others your story and let others to make their own judgement, OK?
However, what you said in your last post is:
"the bank WILL take the money back" -- which I agree with you; and
"you WILL be charged some fee for depositing a bad check" -- which is absolutely not 100% right, given my own experience.
What you should say about your second assertion have to be like this:
"also, you MAY be charged ......"
I know we all are Chinese and we MAY not be sufficient in English. So, whenever it is possible, please use Chinese and make your assertion more accurate. If you have to choose using English, just please use words accurately and make 100% sure what you write down is what you are trying to say ----
Here, I mean the difference of two words -- "WILL" and "MAY":
"WILL" means the thing definitely 100% is going to occur destinedly; while "MAY" means the thing has the posibilities, no matter how high or low, to occur.
Hope my explanation can easy you and could widen your vision about this kind issues.
Have a good day!
