這項條文隻是說如果郵件未被送達前偷取，打開或者毀壞才有問題。已送達的郵件並不在列。郵件送到你家technically已經送達。如果郵件是送給鄰居的送到你家，那麼郵件算是還沒送達，以上條文才適用。
