怎樣提供離婚證明 ---- 綠卡申請, please help!

收到移民局通 知 說我提交的 國內 協議離婚書不能證明離婚事實， 要求提供更多材料 ， 主要是因 為 英文 翻 譯 不 能 體 現 法院 裁決， 怎麽辦? 可以 用 國內 公證嗎? 或者需要 法院 出具 證明? 隻給了15 天 rebuttal, 急急急!!! 請求各位幫助! Thanks in advance.
