非常感謝各位的幫助。問題是 我覺得移民局 不 相信 我的 民事 調解 書， 因為第一次我交的 翻 譯 件他們 說 不能證明 離婚， 第 二 次 我 讓我 的 翻譯 公司 重新 翻 譯後又 交上去了，這次移民 局 找 了 他 們 自己 的 翻譯 公司 說 還是不能 證明， 因為 他們 根本 不 懂 中國 法律。 如果 我 在 國內 做 公證， 用的 還 是 同樣 的 東西， 我 擔 心 移民 局 不 信 ，而且 這 好像 是 我 唯一 的 機 會， 在 被 據 之前 。 Golfcat72, does your notorial certificate include a copy of the divorce paper? Does it say that xxx and xxx are divorced on xx/xx/xx (date)? I think that's what immigration officer wants to see. I am just worried about that i couldn't provide additional chinese document, but most of us here knows the divorce paper is the only thing you get from court.
