為什現在不吃"膾"了呢？

孔夫子對吃很講究，說"食不厭精，膾不厭細"。

"膾"是什麽呢? 剁碎的生肉啊。孔子當年喜歡的美食之一是剁碎的生肉。

 

"膾炙人口"說的意思大概是生肉烤肉都好吃吧？

 

現在碎肉都包在餃子裏煮熟吃了，沒人吃剁碎的生肉了。
