This book is so compelling that I finish reading it in two days. 書中的一個觀點, 職場霸淩是 "emotional abuse" and "game of control" . I totally agree with the authors' insightful perspective. Every single word in this book rings a bell to me. This book is written with easy-to-understand language.

In terms of my case, 我沒有屈服bully,在一位網友的unwavering 鼓勵和支持下, 我終於選擇了反抗。 I am so glad that I did fight. It is an uphill battle, but I have never felt a single regret of what I did to reclaim my dignity and mental sanity.
