I have been gathering resources to address the interpersonal conflict that you discussed with me.
This is the plan I have come up with:
- All members (including me -Me 是老板) will be assigned training on Civility and Respect in the Workplace.
- All members will be provided with the book “Crucial Conversations” and be permitted to use work time to read this book.
At that point, I would request a one-on-one meeting to discussed some of the things you learned from #1 and #2 and whether you think the training will help you with the situation.
- If so, then we can talk about changes that we can all make as a team.
- If not, then I can refer you to a conflict resolution specialist at HQ who can talk to you about some of the issues. He will talk to you individually first, with the goal of setting up a facilitated dialogue with both of you where he would be an impartial third party who would provide a safe space to discuss the conflict.
