現在看來你麵臨著兩個選擇：1，內部IT技術工作或 2，Business方麵的工作，Business Analyst或Business Transformation（簡稱BT），是業務的代表主要承擔“橋梁”的職責將Business的業務需求轉化為具體的IT需求。通常IT和這個部門是有不少衝突的，因為IT是要實現由BT傳遞過來的業務需求的，而IT要實現好好讓業務高興的。

但不管怎樣你都是人才因為你比大多數的業務人員懂IT而又比大多數的IT人員懂業務。人才難得就被搶了。

如果該企業業務係統的實現（SCM，EPR CRM等）主要采用了業界成熟的SAP solutions等，那就可能會更強調技術人員對業務功能的了解，從而淡化了IT的定製化實現。這樣可能做BA/BT（Business）在該企業會更有價值些。但該職位要求大量的溝通，交流和協調的工作，而且要跟各個層麵的Business guys打交道，將會麵臨很多挑戰和壓力。因此要求專業能力外的很強的Soft Skills.

作為中國人在北美，具體的專業技術是我們的強項，而且可持續發展。如果是我，我會IT。
