Job security的源頭活水是什麽？庸俗的說，錢。

有本事能給公司帶來錢（產值、利潤）的，比如大牛的銷售人員，有專利產品的，人家不會擔心Job security；不能直接generate revenue/profit的，盡可能選擇重要的、離錢近的崗位，近水樓台先得月，比如Treasury、Finance、PD、BA等；在掙錢的人眼裏隻是花錢的崗位（IT)，風險相對大得多。絕大部分IT從業人員所謂的那點技術都是市場可替代率極高的雕蟲小技，嘿嘿
