膽大心細臉皮厚---找工經驗之我見

我工作經驗不是很多，但現在心態痕積極（希望不會過幾天就被打擊得滅火了）先謝謝各位指導。

          
我覺得找工作的態度一定要主動，看準目標就主動聯係雇主。 雇主都喜歡Active和Proactive的員工。讓他先聽到你的聲音，這樣距離馬上就會被拉近了， 那麽拿到Interview的機會就比那些不主動打電話聯係的Candidates多得多。 如果發了Resume後就坐等回複那會是石沉大海。今天看了一份與自己工作經驗相符的工作，看見電話就打去，但人家已經下班了，留了言。周一再主動打過去，要求先給一個電話Interview.

一定要把學到的知識和工作經驗變成錢，   希望找到一份自己喜歡的薪水也能達期望值的工作。還有很多Interview技巧要學，總的來說要保持樂觀積極向上的心態， 要給人一個外向熱情容易與人相處的形象。
