Post you resume on Monster, make it public available. Your resume should be very detailed so that a resume-reading software can pick as much as possible information.

Then head hunters, even some companies(their internal recruiters) will contact you. Initially you may work with several head hunters, listen to their words carefully---they will hint you that he/he has connections, and when it comes to that point, you will know what I mean
