老印老板要我教小印

打拚多時，已成為公司默認的SME. 現在問題來了。老印老板要我教小印。（可能要多保險吧）可是我確實有點不樂意。現在某項目要同時掛我和小印名。他的部分要我做幕後老師。手把手教他做。這個小印是個什麽人呢？ 大喇叭。臭技術。非常不謙虛。要換了個人品好點的，也許我會考慮。這種人，我真不想教。老印老板是個細節控。經常不懂裝懂。開會老搶人話題。是否值得換工作？
