- what's good company? Were lehman brothers, Dell, HP, Notel, GM, Ford good enough? good doesn't mean good forever. that's why people get laid off.
- though skill is more important than money for newbies, should people w/ 10+ yr work experience look for decent promotion or raise? I know people can get better raise by changing job, not staying.
what's my point here. let me put it in mother's tongue.
年輕人,有精力,能折騰,一年裏換上2、3個合同工,或同時做幾分工,吃得消。 到了40、50歲,就不是“人挪活”啦,上有老,下有小,找個穩定的工作,福利好點, 逐步過渡到退休。 換言之,合同工一般較全職工辛苦,攜家帶口者不宜?
