- what's good company?  Were lehman brothers, Dell, HP, Notel, GM, Ford good enough?  good doesn't mean good forever.  that's why people get laid off.

- though skill is more important than money for newbies, should people w/ 10+ yr work experience look for decent promotion or raise?  I know people can get better raise by changing job, not staying.  

what's my point here.  let me put it in mother's tongue.

年輕人，有精力，能折騰，一年裏換上2、3個合同工，或同時做幾分工，吃得消。 到了40、50歲，就不是“人挪活”啦，上有老，下有小，找個穩定的工作，福利好點， 逐步過渡到退休。 換言之，合同工一般較全職工辛苦，攜家帶口者不宜？   

俺這個思路，對頭否？ 請砸磚。
