In first few years of career

Always prefer full time job. Because you need a mentor and you need to learn stuff. The best way to learn is to stay with a good company with good senior people who like to  guide you.

If you jump too often, you are not going to learn much.

It is also hard to Newbie to jump among jobs and face new things all the time. You are asking for trouble that way.

Company always expect contractors to know things and do things quickly, Newbies are not likely to meet the expectation.

It is not about money. Should never be about money when you just start a career.
