今天一件事又聯係到工作態度問題上了。各位對工作很享受的同學,你們是把工作當什麽呢?
先說一下事情的原委。我們組(以DIRECTOR算)幫另一組FIX BUGS. When the owner team provides information of the bug location, I've found 1) there's another place with the same issue; 2)In addition, there is a violation besides this bug in the location they provided.
The No.2 violation has caused me previous a couple days on another bug, I eventually worked around it "semi-legally" and closed that bug, but the right thing to do is to correct this violation and re-fix the other bug. (I didn't find out this violation earlier because they belonged to different products, communications to them sometimes took several days.)
As such I asked if we should fix those 2 items all together. I'd think they would appreciate my help, to my surprise, their manager (not the director, this team has numerous managers) replied: "please stick to the issues logged by QA". What?! &#%*(@!!! First of all, this is not even a QA bug, it's a "rule police" bug that complains about the pattern violation, this is supposed to apply to all occurences. Anyway, after debating myself I decided not to argue about it. But this pissed my off. What kind of manager was that? (If you know the name of my company you'd be shocked. And I've worked here for over 12 years.)
我LG說我工作態度不對,應該“能不幹就不幹,能害人就害人”。“別人都挖個坑,躲在旁邊看笑話,你在坑上插個牌子,別人能不恨你嗎?”他當然是有點開玩笑的。可是聽起來還真有幾分道理。我一直對工作很負責,所以REPUTATION也不錯,但是也常常因工作的事煩惱。難道真是應該把工作就當成一份掙錢的事?
