因工作的事煩惱? Why?

I don’t know the details but I would just raise the No. 2 bug in the bug tracking system with the reason that “found during fixing the shite No.1”. If you’d be helpful, you may record the test case which reproduces the bug.

I think that“能不幹就不幹，能害人就害人”。“別人都挖個坑，躲在旁邊看笑話，你在坑上插個牌子，別人能不恨你嗎？”is not a good idea at all but “因工作的事煩惱”is worth nothing either.

Software is always buggy and one strategy is to let customers to report bugs and the vendor fix them. From QA point of view, as long as the software passes a set of tests, it can be released. Some bugs are there but they never show up because of the complexity of software.

Another idea, don’t fix bugs, fix those people. Then you can do what you want.
