Questions for you:
1. If this type of mistreatment would have exist between mid or top management team, i.e. your direct supervisor with his/her boss, or your department with HR?
2. How long has the high corporate officer been with your company – 3 months or 5 years?
3. What are your career development goals with your current employment? Can you list top 5 for your own review? Will you list “Leave right now” or “My next 3-5 years would/should be…”?
4. “I don’t want to bias anyone AND I don’t want to be biased by anyone.” Can you explain this meaning clearly to HR in case of need? (don’t, if HR does not ask)
5. Mistreatment exists everywhere. How do you understand it in common sense, AND how does your company define it on the policy booklet?
