follow-up on fighting against sr director

今天一來， 老板就把我叫到辦公室談如何和sr director作對。看來他也琢磨了一個周末， 而且似乎在周末已和大老板通過氣了。
sr director 又給我電話談這個new program。但基本是照我要做的意思來做，隻是形式上在他那邊走一過場。我告訴老板新進展， 說老頭子似乎改主意了。老板說大老板和sr director談過了。似乎一切正常。但不知為什麽， 老板看我的眼神充滿了憐憫， 就象看一隻待宰的羊羔。我和他已經相當的熟悉了。我自信不會看錯。

另一件有點莫明其妙的事： 大老板要搞一個group activity， 給大家作personality evaluation 號稱可以增加communication efficiency。 我朋友在給大老板組織此事，半開玩笑的告訴我這個活動是專為我搞的。我開始當他開玩笑。今天大老板發email定活動時間，正好我那幾天不在。平常這種活動有一兩個人不在是常事，從來沒有因為一個人改時間的。今天我剛把decline message 發出去， 活動時間就改到了一星期後。聯想到老板的奇怪的眼神， 讓我忍不住又琢磨有，什麽事要發生。 請大家幫忙分析一下。可有人有類似的經曆的？
