lay off 的負麵作用

一輩子沒有麵試過幾次，來美因為各種原因，讀書花了很長時間，08年才畢業，專業學校都一般。學校中實習也是一次申請附近就去了。09年初來東部找工作，經濟最不好的時候，本身期望就不大，都準備找半年。結果一個月之內兩個on-site拿了兩個offer，薪水都給得是position範圍內最高的。選了一個薪水低些單位行業好一些的去了。

10個月後單位新CEO restructure，我的position被取消。結果這次找工作好難，簡曆
投了三個月，電話多了，行業也雜了，5個on-site，已經fail3個了。

上周一個公司麵了一天，感覺director直到見我的時候才知道我unemployed。電話時我
就說清楚了，但是每輪都有人問我為什麽換工作。

有工作經驗特別是麵試人經驗的，說說lay off是不是起副麵作用。人家以為我表現差
所以剛好單位就讓我走。
