是qualification嗎？

我的背景是不強，但職位也是比較junior的。因為他們是做資產評估的，有project analyst， 也有research analyst，是一起貼出來的，廣告要求寫的很範，專業要求也比較寬。我被告知是research analyst。因為行業的特殊和工作性質的特殊，肯定是要training的。

我在interview中得展示自己能力吧，外國人在美國找工作還不是憑借skill。但我申請這個工作，以前的行業知識肯定是重點。現在強也不行 -- two aggressive，over-confident， 弱也不行-- skill not need。

我就想在local找個工作，我現在已經是好的單位try to show strong point， 一般工作show working ethnics， 太累了，和演戲一樣。什麽interview skills， 豈不成見人說人話見鬼說鬼話了。我ex老板就說，He likes people to be true to be themselves. As interviewer, he could tell if they are artificial.
