現在感覺美國的單位，人都好professional。

我今年麵的這兩個大公司，麵試的時候根本就感覺不出來別人的情緒。眼神表情都很真誠。這個可能也和地方有關吧，我在東部，白人多。特別是上星期這個，幾乎覺得就給offer了。Founder以前是學者，很有名，20年前set up這個公司。所以他們說所有的candidates，他也要見， He likes to talk with people.

Very nice guy，老頭去過中國還有我家的城市，和我講中文。也問我為什麽要換工作，我也是說我們單位restructure，然後他說他這裏有人以前就是從那裏出來的，我還談到我的group。老頭說知道很多我們單位這次走的人，If they are over 50s, it will be hard for some of them to find the jobs（這個也是對的，單位有些做管理的寫寫說說的，也確實不好弄）。他甚至說你的老板（也被lay了）如果對他那裏感興趣，contact him. I was even said "really, I will pass this information to him". 我還真昨天給我老板說了，我老板都不知道有這麽個公司。開玩笑說我要是去了，就和我聯係。

那個是公司，我以前工作的是trade association，屬於non-profit，工作目的並不一樣。但行業是一樣的。

這樣的感覺都fail了。Rejection letter說“after careful consideration, we have determined that your particular skills do not fit our needs at this time."
