請問，在你拿了正常的maximum 26周 UI benefits以後

，需要特別申請UI extension,file additional paperwork 嗎？where to get the paperwork forms?

我幾個月前失業，那時，EDD批準信上寫我最多能拿26周*450=11，700的benefits,現在快半年快拿完maximum 26周。但是，現在聽說都有extension延到一年甚至2年的，那，我需要向EDD要求嗎？要特別申請手續嗎？還是EDD會主動給UI benefits？
