技術問題，你們怎麽看待subtleness

我的卻剛從學校出來不久。在學校的幾年裏，人際關係相對沒有那麽複雜，我基本上沒有遇到有人玩subtleness.
但是現在我常常看到有人玩這個。一開始的時候，我挺反感的。因為你搞那些小把戲，自以為表麵功夫做的很好，其實還不是為了讓別人看出來。不管怎麽樣，不管你再subtle,你的目的還不是一個。這裏補充一下，我是說那些在office裏用subtleness玩政治的。不管你的目的達到與否，別人都能看出來你在玩政治，而且你想跟別人玩這個。

而我覺得另外有些人，可能是不玩這個，也可能是玩的太轉，根本就看不出來玩subtleness.平時你看他隻談工作的樣子，什麽事都是就是論事，也不覺得他拐彎抹角的。照樣很成功。我覺得這才是我的model.

話扯遠了。愛玩subtleness的人也許很欣賞玩subtleness的人呢。你們怎麽看？
