communication skill. tell the bad news in a positive way. At work place, you seldom hear manager say who is bad or wrong within the group.
就象在論壇裏發帖, 有人在不同意別人意見時,上來就說,"你錯了.應該是這樣這樣....". 有人就不直接說對方錯了, 而是換個說法講. 這種情況比比皆是.
