你所說的情形是很正常的，對contractor跟salary employee的雇傭方式是有極大的差別，hiring manager有決對的權力決定。 別相信啥contract to hire，沒人會把轉正的時間寫在正式文件裏的，基本上，任何的contractor都有轉正的機會，也就是contractor跟contract to hire是一回事。
