職場特殊案例：葫蘆裏藏的什麽藥？

今天如期與小老板進行了第一次follow-up,可她說沒有任何plan,just like to check if everything with me is going well, and asked me if I have anything in my mind. 那還用問嗎？我有一大堆要說的。第一點：我一直對同事很nice,從沒rude過。如果那個部門的人覺得我問問題太直接，讓他們uncomfortable,我表示理解，但我絕對沒有rude.她說這點她完全同意。然後她打開了話匣子，對那部門的人一一評論，總之沒一個好東西！不過俺的做人標準是，不背麵說人壞話。所以默默的聽她羅嗦到最後兩分鍾，提醒她我們的metting到時間了。讓我意外的是，她說這星期她每天都會schedule a follow-up with me.我回到辦公室就收到她的meeting request.

天啊，俺真是被她弄糊塗了，她葫蘆裏藏的什麽藥？
