還是那句話：美國不需要建高鐵。

中國建高鐵是迫不得已。高鐵占用大量耕地，且需要高昂的維護費用，在人口密集的國家才劃算。美國城市分散，人口居住也分散，現有的鐵路利用率都很低；如果建高鐵，人們下了高鐵還得租車，非常麻煩。高鐵這麽大的項目，一定對人們的出行和經濟發展幫助很大，才能考慮。美國目前的交通係統，完全可以滿足國民的需要。在美國建高鐵完全不必要。
