Serious problem with Honda Pilot

各位車友, 本人現有一事需要大家幫忙參謀參謀.

事情是這樣的: 2004年10月購入HONDA PILOT,除油耗不甚理想之外, 此車其他都還可以, 本來約好今天做60K保養, 誰知昨天下班路上(LOCAL), CHECK ENGINE燈和VTM-4燈同時亮, 並伴有噪音和煙霧, 我當即把車送到HONDA DEALER.

今天他們檢查後說, 第5缸的火花塞掉了, 衝到汽缸頭裏麵, 燒壞了COIL,並造成汽缸頭受損,給我打電話的老兄說, 這種現象非常少見. 我當下覺得這是質量問題, 他本人也同意這點, 但鑒於DEALER的身份, 他不能正式告知這是質量問題, 他說可以給地區HONDA代表打電話看看是否能有HONDA出資修複, 電話結果是5年以上HONDA不負責.

我又給HONDA CUSTOMER SERVICE打過電話, 結果一樣.

本人開車屬於比較溫和型的, 從不大轉速和高速行駛,定期換油和保養, 車況保持良好,且沒有任何事故.

這是純質量問題, HONDA應該負責維修.

請各位大俠給出出主意, 看看怎樣能討還公道, 把我修理的錢要回來(DEALER預估2200美刀.
