中國官媒《央視》近日報導,中國航天科工二院699廠特級技師葉輝擁有頂級的研磨技術,能憑藉一雙巧手,實現5奈米的“超精密研磨”。報導很快引起大量討論,有中國網友留言表示,“意思是離手造芯片不遠了吧?光刻技術快突破了吧?”

報導提到,葉輝是打造航天超級精度的人,他的挑戰是把超薄材料研磨到奈米級,為了不讓指紋按壓影響表麵的粗糙度,他還特別把指紋磨平了。
報導指出,葉輝研磨的鉭片,表麵粗糙度達到5納米級別,隻有特殊儀器才能檢測。
葉輝也分享了自己的秘訣,他表示,熟能生巧,研磨高精度的零部件時,掌握了一個動作,就是一個巧勁,“一百下不如這一下,最後就是這一下推出來了!”
