受害人家屬離開

今日(11月27日)，歌手臧天朔涉嫌聚眾鬥毆案在北京市第二中級人民法院開庭審理，臧天朔被判有期徒刑6年，聚眾鬥毆罪名成立。由於其此前已被拘留一年，因而將被關押至2014年。該案家屬對判決結果表示滿意，不會上訴。

　　據臧天朔律師透露，此次他們申請的事無罪辯護，麵對這個結果，他們認為量刑過重。不過臧天朔本人對此判決平靜接受。而此案的受害者家屬也對此判決表示接受，不會再提請上訴。據臧天朔律師稱，在案件審理前，他們已和受害者家屬達成和解，並一次性給予對方29萬元人民幣的人道主義補償。

　　據悉，臧天朔目前被押至北京市第一看守所。《法製進行時》明日中午12:30將播出臧天朔案庭審。

北京時間11月27日消息，今日，臧天朔案將在位於北京市豐台區的北京第二人民法院不公開審理。目前，該案件審理已結束，押解臧天朔的車輛已經離開第二人民法院。受害人家屬也已離開法庭。
