2006年12月31日，南京一建築施工工地為在工地施工的民工搭起了10多間“夫妻房”，此“夫妻房”是由每間臨時搭建麵積僅有10多平米的工房，用木板簡單分隔成四間，盡管用簾子分隔開後的“夫妻房”隻有3、4平米，但還是為遠離家門在外打工的民工，創造了夫妻團圓的機會。
