五彩繽紛果凍杯 (Colorful Jelly Cups ) :夏天的味道,無法抗拒的美味,時令水果+椰奶+牛奶輕鬆DIY椰香果凍杯,顏值和美味兼具,濃濃的椰香、甜酸開胃、爽滑Q彈、清涼解暑。
準備食材:Preparing ingredients
白色果凍White Jelly
椰奶 Coconut milk 400 ml
牛奶 Milk 200 ml
魚膠粉Gelatine 40 g
白糖 Sugar 90 g(喜歡吃甜的朋友可以多加,You can add more sugar if you like it sweeter)
鹽 Salt a little
2、黃色果凍 Yellow Jelly
芒果Mango 110 g
涼開水Cool boiled water100 ml (打汁Make juice)
清水Water 100 ml
白糖Suger 50 g
魚膠粉Gelatine 10 g
3、紅色果凍 Red Jelly
草莓Strawberries 130 g
涼開水Cool boiled water 50 ml(打汁Make juice)
清水Water 100 ml
白糖Sugar 50 g
魚膠粉 Gelatine 10 g
4、透明果凍 Transparent Jelly
清水Water 200 ml
白糖Sugar 30 g
魚膠粉 Gelatine 15 g
藍莓 Blueberries some
草莓 Strawberries some
青葡萄 Green grape some
多層果凍杯 Multilayer Jelly Cup
剩餘的食材來做,可根據自己的喜好來分層搭配。

注意要點:
2、煮好果凍液,再加芒果泥和草莓泥以及水果,以保持水果新鮮。
