過去一個多月用CGM,體驗總體來講,比較挫敗。感覺血糖儀到第二周,比第一周要高很多。下定決心要和醫生要求糖耐受實驗,要是異常就去找營養師,好好再把營養學研究一下。今天學的這篇文章裏,把100個老年糖尿病患者隨機分組到強化生活方式改善和生活方式教育組, 然後檢測一年以後HgbA1c的改善。當然是強化組勝出了。把幾個要點講講:
–現在這樣的實驗,需要用GLP-1 agonist ozempic來做對照了
–強化訓練組在現實中很難做到:每周訓練90分鍾,每周3次,安排得非常合理。營養學,行為學的輔導是每1-2周一次,要保持飲食記錄的-Food diaries。想想food diaries我就頭大,要一年每天都記錄,我都想去每周紮一針了。
–測血糖方麵的,除了血糖,測胰島素也挺重要,提到了HOMA-IR, insulin secretion
–Body composition-DEXA hologic.
