湯種:
1/4 cup bread flour, 3/4 cup hot milk. Pour hot milk into flour, stir, and microwave occasionally until sticky; cool down.
Dough:
1/2 cup warm water + 1Tbsp sugar + 2 Tbsp yeast (set 10 min)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium egg + 1 medium egg white (save the yolk for glazing)
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 stick butter = 8 Tbsp
3 1/4 cup bread flour 高筋麵
3/4 cup cranberry.

Cut dough into to 2. Cut each again into 3 stick, and braid.
Brush the glazing (egg yolk and 1 Tbsp milk).
Transfer bread into baking sheet of tray. Left on warm place (I heat oven a little and put bread in there) for about half hour, or until bread rises again.
Pull out bread. Preheat to 365 F. Bake 25 min, or until golden, not sticky when pock by tooth stick.
