昔年詩卷
放眼古今，遊心書海。
有關曆史、哲學的引言數則如下：
英國首相Winston Churchill是政治家，但因歷史著作，得到1953年的諾貝爾文學獎，丘吉爾有名言：
“曆史將會寬待我，因我有心好好寫它。”----丘吉爾

美國作家Joe Murray, 在這麽說：
“我越來越常重讀曆史。我發現，就理解時事而言，
曆史往往比每天的報紙更具啟發性。”

土耳其的名言說：
Tarih yazmak tarih yapmak kadar mühimdir .
其意說：
Writing History的重要性，不亞於Making History。
再多解釋一下：
“解明曆史事件的發展脈絡、製度思想的演變和當時人物的心跡作為， 並加以闡述，其重要性不亞於創造曆史。”
這一句翻譯的不太對。
這是一個笑料句子，或者說笑話。 意思是： 曆史將會說我的好話，因為這個曆史將由我寫。
在議會的辯論中，他還向對立黨的人說過類似的另一句： 曆史不會說你的好話的，特別是我寫的曆史。
他愛說這個俏皮話，是因為他年輕時就寫過好幾本暢銷的曆史書。
