1. Mueller的授權範圍很廣，不限於俄國和Trump競選班子成員的關聯，而是包括，
i. any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
ii. any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
iii. any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a), i.e., any federal crimes committed in the course of, and with intent to interfere with, the special counsel's investigation, such as perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses.
調查過程中發現的違法勾當他統統有權利有義務追查和起訴，包括Trump律師的違法行為。
