請問有經驗的同學這個報價如何？倆個房子都20+年了，估計以前沒有維修過屋頂。

Property A

1. Secure three sliding tiles and replace two broken tiles, $125

2. Install metal flashings at 9 roof vents for $110/each, total $990

3. Install a new chimney cap, seal and pain to match, $150

Property B

1. Install secondary flashing at all 12 roof vents for $110/each, total $1230

2. Remove and replace 10 broken tiles for $150

3. Remove and replace termite damager fascia board ~6', new lumber will be primed and painted to match $200

Grand total: $2,875

好像很多錢啊
