We talked about their daughter who is in high school with a baby. Tough situation but the parents seem very reasonable. I said that I wish their daughter and THE boy will eventually get married - "yes, would be good for the baby", answered the mom immediately. They proudly showed me the photo of their kids with the daughter smiling in the middle, she was about 10. She is 16 now and she is the one who said "you should rent it to us because we are cute". She is a cheer leader and went all the way to a national competition. Her school score card is on the desk. She has mostly B's and C's. Not bad for a kid in that situation. Life must be hard for her with a baby at school. I have a daughter too.
He has a stable job with a monthly income of $4000+. She is doing some part time job (tough with 5 kids). It seems HUD will pay 100% of the rent so I should have no risk? The only concern is that if the community will accept them. But based on what I have seen so far, there is no reason that they can not fit into the community.

其實我的房子也不是那麽好。二十多年了，窗戶廚房 etc 都還是原裝的。
