其實我在某種程度上有同感，雖然我也是地主。也許資曆不深規模不大，所以覺悟不高！？

Why "home owner" can live in a house without paying? Isn't it the same as robery?

Who is paying those "home owners"?

Why they are doing it? Some can't make the payment but some are just taking advantage of the situation.
