香炒雞塊,
1.5 LB 雞腿肉,切塊, 跟以下香料醃1小時:
1 tsp鹽,
1 TB糖,
2 tsp 芫蓿籽粉,Coriander powder
2 tsp 黃薑粉, Turmeric powder
1 tsp 辣椒粉,Cayenne powder
1 tsp 蒜粉, Garlic powder
2TB Olive oil
炒鍋燒熱炒香以下:
3紅蔥頭, 切絲,
泰檸檬葉6片, (kaffir lime leaves), 切絲,
3紅辣椒,切片,
倒入雞塊, 鋪勻底麵, 煎金黃翻麵, 再煎黃, 翻炒幾下出鍋.
