Goldman Sachs downgraded SanDisk (NASDAQ: SNDK) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $65, saying faster industry supply additions create margin risk.
In its downgrade, Goldman analyst James Schneider, Ph.D. cited three main reasons: (1) We now believe greater NAND supply may be added in the next few quarters than we previously assumed, which could drive meaningful near-term price declines; (2) The stock is correlated to gross margins, and we think gross margins are likely to peak in 2H13 given price compression and slower cost reductions in this timeframe; (3) With the stock trading within 14% of our price target, we see limited upside."

Shares of memory chip maker SanDisk (SNDK) are up $2.31, or 4.2%, at $57.43, after the company this evening announced its board approved initiation of a dividend of 22.5 cents per share per quarter, and $2.5 billion in new share buybacks.
The buybacks add to the current authorization for $3.75 billion in buying authority. The company said $1 billion will be spent via an accelerated share repurchase during the current quarter.
The initial dividend payment is expected on August 30th to holders of record as of August 12th. The payout has a current yield of 1.6% based on SanDisk’s close today of $55.12.

是麽？我怎麽覺得它會反彈一些然後繼續走低，58-60似乎會有強力的賣盤壓力，
