The stages of your development, the picture of how you grew, Never completely knowing if I should buy in pink or blue. Then came the day when I was able to hold you in my arms, Hoping, as any mother would, to protect you against harm. A precious little baby with ten tiny new toes, An amazing set of lungs and a cute little button nose.
