--Thyroid cancer grows very slowly, it won't grow much if you wait a month or so. It's better to wait for a good surgeon than have it done in someone who's inexperienced in thyroid surgeries

甲狀腺是必須全切掉嗎？
Depend on how big your tumor is. If it is bigger than 1cm, the whole thyroid has to be removed with or without central lymph node removal

手術後恢複快嗎？
Talk to your surgeon on this, this varies individually. Normally a week.

術後還要做那個放射性碘治療嗎？
Depend on the size of the tumor, if there's metastasis, etc. Your endo will discuss this with you after surgery.

術後需要每天吃甲狀腺素嗎？
Yes.

如果需要，這個劑量調整過程是不是很痛苦？
No
