好像因為植根於同一種文化的土壤,我感覺咱們這代人若有人有機會接觸到美國鄉村音樂的時候,許多人對其的喜愛都會集中表現在對一些曲風和格調大致相同的歌曲上麵。

上麵提到的這幾首老歌都是我已經喜歡了很久的此類歌曲,但是在提到它們之後我需要把《橡樹上的黃絲帶》專門提出來說一下。
在那個年月裏,我指的是令人難忘的上個八十年代,當我初次聽到這首黃絲帶和歌中蘊含的傳說故事時,我曾被感動得流下熱淚。
人性中的真善美,這最為重要的部分,在我們的個案而言,從來就不是一個自然發育自然生長的過程。這種精神上的啟蒙和逐漸的成熟,被簡單極端的教育和連續不斷的政治運動以及乖張桀驁的命運之手拉扯得七零八落,其成熟生長的速度遠遠滯後於我們的生理發育。這是一個令人深感遺憾的事實。
不過,生命的河水一直在流。
在這樣一個畸形的不同步與失衡中,我們終於還是走進了上個世紀的八十年代。
那真是一段令人難忘的十年八年,是我們生命中最充滿激動人心含義的一個階段和驛站。《係在橡樹上的黃絲帶》讓我明白階級之愛在麵對人性之愛時顯露出來的醜陋不堪和粗糙簡單。
豐富、多情、堅貞、忠誠等等概念和這概念蘊含的力量,深深地攫取了我心我情。
對文革中曾經大量地發生在親人與親人之間、同事與同事之間和朋友與朋友之間的揭發批判和劃清界限,我要到了那個時候才覺出了它們的醜陋。
我終於刑滿出獄,親愛的,如果你還愛我,請在家鄉村口的那棵橡樹枝上替我係上一根黃絲帶。我要見到這個信號才敢下車,才有勇氣走近你。如果你不願意,就全當沒有收到這封信。我會乘著長途巴士越家門而過,一路流浪到天涯。

至於你提到的另外喜歡的兩首歌,我不能確知你的所指,但我卻有兩段與Green Grass和Sailing相關的記憶。
前一個我記得是出現在一個電影中,片名忘記了,劇情忘記了,隻記得劇中女主人翁死去以後,她的愛人在一個清晨來到了她的幕前。
芳草萋萋,清風習習。旁白開始了朗誦一首詩歌。全篇自然是記不得了,就記得深情的男子撫摸著愛人的墓碑說到:…… The long green grass will be yours, and yours, and yours. 這句話在三、四段詩詞的結尾處反複出現,給我留下深刻印象。有了互聯網以後我曾在網上找過這首詩歌並希望能夠發現這部影片。卻終無功而返。
而那Sailing ,在我的記憶中卻是一首歌中這樣的幾句歌詞:

有家可歸的旗幟:《幸福的黃手帕》
——經典回眸《幸福的黃手帕》
這部《幸福的黃手帕》是一個關於家與回家的平常故事。上個世紀六七十年代著名導演山田洋次講述的一個隻有三位小物的平常故事。電影內容豐富,故事畫麵講究。島勇作由日本天皇級巨星高倉健扮演,島光枝由日本巨星倍賞千惠子扮演,小川株美由桃井朝子扮演,花田欽也由喜劇明星武田鐵矢扮演。渡邊警司由大名鼎鼎的渥美清客串。可以稱作陣容豪華了。除了山田洋次能夠組搭起來這樣的電影拍攝班子,不記得能有哪一位導演可以擁有這樣的威望值。
山田洋次的影片從來不脫泥帶水,開片轉換五六場景,由喜劇演員武田鐵矢一次失戀引起故事,快速軌入情節發生地北海道。為的是帶出片中最重人物高蒼健出場。而高蒼健扮飾的島勇作的亮相,又專意為了托出倍賞千惠子上台。我們大約知道,世界的國際影壇的六七八十年代是女性光環的主光場所,特別是在東瀛銀幕愈發如此。山田洋次執導們另外一部舉世大片《遠山的呼喚》更加說明問題。
六七八十年代日本銀幕應當是島國電影的黃金時代,具體說起來,這個黃金時代的重因與幾位天王級的電影女明星不能分開。比如倍賞千惠子,比如吉永小百合,比如山口百惠,又比如等等。在這班超級女星麵前,高蒼健、宇津井健、三浦友和、三國連太郎他們,僅僅隻是作為電影銀幕畫麵的表襯出現。據銀幕的實際觀情來看,吉永小百合、山口百惠她們紅遍了世界影壇卻也從來基本不演脫裸戲的。
有史可查,本島女星中規中距,於是今天才有了演藝伎人等的戲請大陸演員出場的玩意兒。現在看來,那藝伎的東西倒底能不能算得上屬於門派正宗的藝術,還是有待懷疑的。有專門研究者指道,藝伎充其量與東瀛堂會相提並論。看過陳凱歌執筒的《霸王別姬》就一目了然,私房的堂會能算得上是戲類藝術嗎?再說了,隨手一翻那本洋人阿瑟•高頓寫作的《一個藝妓的回憶》,驚豔白描隨處可見。我們是不是可以認為,幾乎稍有一點自尊心的女同誌,麵對那些張色書筆,也會不好意思許多的。噢對了,《一個藝妓的回憶》的25節把藝妓稱為白領的說法,我一直不能明白。
這裏關於藝妓說的多了。還是回到影片《幸福的黃手帕》。我們從片中看到,高蒼健扮演的夕張煤礦工人島勇作,是一個酒後誤殺黑社會人碴的好人。高蒼健在本片一出鏡場時候,己經屬於改造成為良民的大眾,他身高馬大站在紅綠燈十字口等待過街。通過十字道口之後,高蒼健恍恍然來到一家小麵館坐定,他要了一杯碑酒捧牢,端了好一會兒才一口飲下去。大明星的細微表達是出眾的,這表飾除了能夠與高蒼健個人在《新幹線大爆炸》、《野性的證明》、《螢火蟲》、《遠山的呼喚》、《冬之華》、《南極物語》等等片中的展技相提,不知道哪一位東方演員可與匹敵?
影片《幸福的黃手帕》是一部回家的電影。確切地說,這《幸福的黃手帕》還是一部男人回家的電影。據有關資料講,導演山田洋次對於日本男士下班無歸縱情泡酒吧的作風有番看法,所在在這一部《幸福的黃手帕》當中刻意構寫了島勇作酒後遭遇酒鬼的故事細節。山田洋次的片型是極其人道的,他在這部《幸福的黃手帕》當中,總是將男主人公島勇作置於安分守己、苦勤懇幹、忠誠妻子、默默無聞、見義勇為同時後發製人的境地。
在這部影片《幸福的黃手帕》當中,山田洋次開啟了東方藝術電影中的有關男人友情的先河。在山田洋次之先,小津安二朗、成瀨己喜男、溝口健二他們那一代電影人開劈了關於銀幕上的城市生活家庭瑣事係列節目。山田洋次則身出鬧市,把視野投放到了更加廣寬的都市之外,比如一望不邊的北海道大原野。在看到山田上麵的視聽作品時候,以為喧囂城市當中,日益泛泛的溫飽生活實際上,己經走到思淫欲的邊界點上。比方山田洋次用了那麽一小點的泊車事情,便演繹出來片中主人公們大打出手的景況。是不是對現世生活的一種善意諷刺?
兩個年輕的失戀人小川株美和花田欽也,一路之上多逢坎坷,仍然信心不己,帶著釋放白烏島勇作囚回北海道夕張煤礦的家。這是影片《幸福的黃手帕》的主脈故事。經過太多太密的折磨,島勇作終於回到家了。兩個年輕戀人也成全了她們自己的情事,她們不脫不瀉甚至抵抗了強行發愛的手段,也能叫觀眾深感愛意騰升。這也許是那個年代裏麵才會擁有的誠心情份。今非昔比,現在時與情進,如果不脫點什麽,如果不藝上加妓,便不足以表明愛心?還想重複一遍說,那些有關島圈裏的藝能之情事,為啥偏偏她們島上的現代藝女不演?不信數數看,人家島國現代化的明星有的是呀。斯彼爾伯格不去親導藝伎,絕對屬於上策聰智的腦筋。
影片《幸福的黃手帕》最後一幕是叫人十分動容的。彪形的漢子島勇作一路之上,全都窩在那輛紅色的小驕車裏麵,頭都不敢抬一抬,他不敢看自己渴求的那一隻黃手帕。影片畫麵告訴我們,這個犯過罪的男人,他的心內一定覺得自己十足的對不起前妻倍賞千惠子。影片的倒敘結構簡潔凝煉,短程的三處觸景生情,便實實在在托舉出了片中男女主人公的過去與今天,現實與夢幻。女主人公倍賞千惠子的戲份不多,而且人物扮相也並不靚麗射眼,但是倍賞的寫在眼上的心情,卻是叫人放心的。實在說,這樣的安份守候女情,我自己仿佛隻在少數電影畫麵上發現過,比如八十年代有一部國產片,她的片名叫做《良家婦女》。更實用一點說,言情的片,應當是與人溫良恭儉讓的。
影片《幸福的黃手帕》做到了這一點。我們看見影片上麵,男主人公一路追還的那一間典型棚戶礦區的木板房子,是那麽的簡陋又貧寒,那麽的角落又荒涼,但是高蒼健的內心裏麵卻隻有著她。真可謂世界之大,故園是家。本來,出獄時候高蒼健給前妻倍賞千惠子拍了一份電報講,如果她願意讓他回家,就在家房頂上掛一隻黃色的手帕。這隻黃手帕曾經是他們生活裏的一個有喜的訊號。於是高蒼健懷著一腔忐忑不安回家來了。甚至到了家門口都不敢抬一抬頭。一直到兩個送他歸來的兩個年經人的驚歎,才喚醒了這一個回家男人的夢。那是兩條彩色旗幟一般的黃手帕,隨風飄揚著言語無華。有家可歸的旗幟。音樂吞沒了高蒼健的淚水。他沒有一句言語,隻是往家跑去 ……
我們能夠看見,那木板棚子頂上的兩串飄揚的黃手帕隨風飄開。杆頂尖上還有一隻紅色的小風車在鼓鼓轉動。高蒼健看到了正在家務的獨身妻子時候,倍賞千惠子回眸張望然而無語。真愛不說我愛你。這時電影鏡頭刻意拉得遠遠,遠到隻見雙雙飄渺幻影。一下子,倍賞千惠子跌入了歸來人的懷抱中。我以為那是,女主人公她再也撐不住了的一刹那。此刻電影音樂空靈。此刻電鏡頭橫移回至紅色轎車上麵,兩個年輕男女主人公小川株美和花田欽正為此情此景,深泣不己著。這對戀人鬧了一路,現在她們終於和好了。整部《幸福的黃手帕》至此,完成了定性的使命,言情必竟言情,毫無任何說教成份與色彩,拿心歸心,才是言情。
