今天早晨，與Jim聊天，又得到兩句讓人思考的話：

You make a choice, and you take the consequences. If you don't take the consequences, and blame for external reasons, the same choice and consequences will come back again and again, maybe in different format. There's not external solution for the internal problem. 

When it's deadly calm, you need stir it up and exam what's hiding down the bottom. 

這句話也挺有意思的：
Theory is when you know everything but nothing works.
Practice is when everything works but no one knows why.
In our community, theory and practice are combined: nothing works and no one knows why.
