鐵人三項正式禁止厚底神鞋參賽

去年 12 月，世界鐵人三項協會 正式禁止超級跑鞋。

現在ironman將跟隨這個規定。新規則規定：

• The sole must be no thicker than 40mm.
• The shoe must not contain more than one rigid embedded plate or blade (of any material) that runs either the full length or only part of the length of the shoe.
• The plate may be in more than one part but those parts must be located sequentially in one plane (not stacked or in parallel) and must not overlap

這是在去年 10 月的鐵人三項世界錦標賽中贏得冠軍的 Gustav Iden穿的跑鞋。

Iden 在 Kona 穿的 On Cloudboom Echo 3 鞋底厚度超過 40 毫米，但是對公眾賣的鞋底是35毫米，也就是說他的奪冠鞋子是特別改良過的。

Chelsea Sodaro在Kona獲勝時穿的 Asics Metaspeed Sky+， Kristian Blummenfelt也穿這個牌子，有 39 毫米的rear stack height.

另外，世界三項比賽的規則遵循 World Athletics 的規則，要求任何參賽鞋必須“在公開零售市場（在線或商店）上可供任何運動員購買四個月，然後才能用於比賽 ”。更新後的政策可以在 Ironman 比賽規則的第 6.02 節中找到。

這個是為了給所有參賽的運動員一個公平競爭的機會，很多運動員不能負擔昂貴的神鞋，更不要說專門為他們定製的跑鞋。但是，道高一尺，魔高一丈，以後就會有很多39.5mm的鞋底厚度參賽，lol
